Experience:Minimum of 3-4 years in hands-on administration of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and Cloud Foundry.
Responsibilities:Provisioning and maintaining subaccounts, applications in CF spaces, instances, and corresponding destinations. Focus on cloud products including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, service management, user management, connectivity, troubleshooting, and support.
Professional Background:
Total Experience:Over 8 years in information technology solutions.
SAP Experience:6+ years in administration and management of SAP applications, particularly SAP S/4 RISE systems, SAP BW/4HANA, and integration of various Cloud/On-Premises and Third-Party Systems.
SAP Components:Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAP GRC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BI – BOBJ, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc.
Technical Support:
Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services. Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements. Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.
