As a HCM Consultant, you will be responsible
Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Payroll Process with good knowledge on integration with Finance Module especially on Employee Related posting and SAP Travel Management.
Should have worked on Employee Business Partner, Employee Vendor process and integration from SAP HCM to SAP Finance and other SAP Modules.
Should have worked on SAP S/4 Migration (SI) Projects.
Should have good knowledge in Agile Methodology and well versed with Jira Tool.
Should be assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements with strong knowledge on SDLC process.
You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Should possess good requirements analysis skill and advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration/Organizational Management is mandatory.
