ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist

-We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in SPM, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must have:
-CSA
-CIS: Project Portfolio Management
– Presence in SPM module implementation projects, in particular PPM

• Nice to have:
-CAD
-Scrum Master
-ITIL Foundations

• Top Skills:
-Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules based on client requirements.
-Provide expert guidance on best practices for SPM implementation.
-Perform regular system audits and upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
