Job Description:

We are looking for an Android Technical Support Engineer for a Software Development Company. Please see more details below.

 The project is expected to start as soon as possible, and the duration is 1 year, with possibility of extension. The time zone for this project is BST.

 Career level equivalent to Accenture: 11 to 10

 Hybrid, with at least 3 days at the office (with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future).

Technical Support

Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications.

Skilled in technical analysis.

Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts

Replicates the behavior to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools. Utilizes test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues.

Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments or urgent tasks.

Exhausts all external and internal resources for research.

Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation.

Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities

Requirements:

Android/Java

Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries)

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
