Backend Lead-Senior

Prior experience with Serverless and Microservices

Proficiency in NodeJS, Java, and Spring Boot

Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, Event Bridge, DynamoDB, CodeBuild, and CloudWatch

8+ years of relevant experience

Proven experience building and maintaining commercial production systems.

Methodologies and Practices:

Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure.

Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)

Experience working in highly distributed teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master.

Good system-level understanding

Strong problem-solving skills
