Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model, and its integration with technology.
Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Research, gather, and synthesize information.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
Expert level of proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
Business Process Analysis Tools with Advanced proficiency is suggested.
Conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure accurate understanding of business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes Utilize business process analysis tools to optimize workflows Provide innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
