Frontend Lead-Senior

We are looking for a Frontend Lead-Senior for a Telecommunication Company.

 The level of English should be at least C1

 The profile must speak Portuguese and the level should be C1.

Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid, with 2 days at the office. Candidates must be living in Portugal.

• Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook and AWS services including CloudFront.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems.
• Previous experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD
• Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong system-level understanding with problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master

Methodologies and Practices:

• Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure.
• Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
• Experience working in highly distributed teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master.
• Good system-level understanding
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset
