Senior Redhat Linux Systems Engineer w/ Cloud knowledge

As per the Move to the Cloud program, the goal of this mission is for the service to actively participate to the migrations of servers hosted on premise platform to Next gen Private or public cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and upgrade RHEL servers to a newer versions.

 Service to be operated in an Agile OS product Team within a multinational team supporting the client across Europe and Globally.

 Services:

technical expert service on Linux product domain:

– Analysis

– Project

– Audit remediation

– Participating on automating of migration steps

Non-working hours availability during nights and weekend is mandatory.

This service is part of a 6-person team, so there will be shifts, but actions during non-working hours periods are expected.

Skills:

– Expertise with CentOS/RHEL.

– Expertise with automation and scripting (bash, puppet …)

– Expertise with Cloud (Azure, AWS…)

 Deliverables:

– Migrate servers from legacy platforms to new ones (Public & private), documentation, Automation of the migration actions.

– Upgrade old RHEL servers to a newer versions
