Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management is required.
Develop innovative strategies to streamline time management processes within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient time tracking solutions.
Analyze data trends to optimize time management practices.
Create detailed reports on time utilization and recommend improvements.
Lead training sessions to educate staff on effective time management techniques.
